Wasn't the weather wonderful this weekend? That's why the website is getting updated so late - we were playing in the yard and enjoying the sunshine. I'm the good kind of tired at the moment and have a feeling that my body will be telling about how out of shape I am in the morning.
This Wednesday OGH will be at the center doing health checks. Come get checked out and then stay for lunch. OGH was also looking for a bigger space to have their lunch and learn program and will be holding this month's program at the center. If you want to join in, you still need to RSVP with them.
Don't forget, the chair exercising class is going strong, come join in if you like. The class is on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 11:00 for 30 minutes.
Also, don't forget to get your Beirox order in. They will be ready for pick up April 25th.
